 Melissa d'Arabian,  winner of the fifth season of  The Next Food Network Star , and is the host of Food Network's  Ten Dollar Dinners ,  has just released Ten Dollar Dinners: 140 Recipes and Tips to Elevate Simple, Fresh Meals Any Night of the Week. As a new bride I remember my mom telling me "dinner should not cost more than $5". I lived that mantra for decades, then food costs increased, as did my family. Without doubt, if you asked every person you met in a single day if they suffer from back pain, you may be surprised to learn that it's the majority. Chicken Soup for the Soul: Say Goodbye to Back Pain is a health and fitness book that combines real-life stories and medical advice to help readers gain control over their pain. Rather than a sole collection of stories, the book focuses on helping readers handle flare-ups, prevent injuries , and educates on everyday back health.   This book was an enjoyable read for me. I suffer from back pain and reading the stories let me know I wasn't alone and educated me with each chapter.
