Q&A with Author Caitlin Friedman

  Caitlin Friedman is a marketing professional, author and illustrator. She is the co-author with Kimberly Yorio of The Girl's Guide series. The four titles guiding a women to professional success include the bestseller The Girl's Guide to Starting Your Own Business, which was inspired by her experience as the co-owner of YC Media, a lifestyle public relations agency. She has appeared on the Today  show and has been featured in Time, Newsweek, Parade , and Shape . Her writing has appeared in The New York Post , Women's Day , the Huffington Post and  Publishers Weekly . She currently lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her husband and seven-year-old twins. In October, she released a children's book, How to Feed a Hungry Giant . The 2012 World Almanac And Book Of Facts Review

 The World Almanac and Book of Facts 2012 is like what my husband calls "the internet" before computers. It is packed with so much information. My in-laws came to visit and my father-in-law is an engineer. He thinks logically. Likes facts. I thought it would be the perfect companion for his travels. It was a great success. The 2012 World Almanac And Book Of Facts Review My father-in-law read through it, and we discussed the information in the 2012 World Almanac. Things like the  "Most Memorable Explosions Since the 1920s", "The largest City" (Salt Lake City is the 50th), "The Eastern most point," and so much more. It was fascinating, and my father-in-law spent hours reading through it and commenting on the information. This paperback is 1,008 pages and some small print.
